Carmel Highlands by Bernhardt

One of our most popular sellers is the Bernhardt new collection, Carmel Highlands. Even in South Florida, our clients continue to abandon the white washed and lighter wood tones for deep rich tones with a European influence.

Influenced by textures of nature, Carmel Highlands brings the outdoors inside for a look that is rustic yet polished. Burnished and distressed birch veneers and solids are presented in a warm Vineyard Brown finish and a contrasting Black Copper finish with a rubbed-through appearance. These well-worn, heirloom-like finishes enhance the collection's style of comfort and seasoned richness.

This collection also have wonderful looks in Dining, Living Room, Office and Media Centers. To see many views of the collection, go to www.howardsinteriors.com/featured and select slide show tab.

Howards Interiors, Exceptional Design

Century Bordeaux & Coeur de France Collections

Bordeaux & Coeur de France
We have combined two of our favorite French collections into one great collection. Bordeaux/Couer de France. The city of Bordeaux has always been associated with fine wine. It is also rich in culture, history, art and architecture. This combined with the lush gardens, white stone facades and cobblestone streets inspired the designs in this collection.Coeur de France is an eclectic gathering of Country French designs. Literally translated as "Heart of France," Coeur de France captures the essence of French design and craftsmanship in the use of familiar forms such as bombé chests, cabriole legs, classic rococo details, and low-sheen finishes that emulate the effects of time.Continuing Century's trend of offering collections in distinctive finishes and combinations of wood, stone and metal, such as copper and iron, Bordeaux and Coeur de France offer more to choose from than ever. Two new themed finishes - French Blue and Wheat.

Tommy Bahama

Tommy Bahama Home

Personality-rich, vintage-inspired furnishings with sophisticated styling inspired by the tropical Dutch West Indies and the mystery of new destinations and the excitement of discovery. Tommy Bahama Home is a unique collection with a sense of adventure. It is a relaxed traditional look inspired by British Colonial style, with a hint of campaign and a whisper of safari. Detailing and woven rattan accents in rich wood, tortoiseshell, and distressed ebony finishes.

Drexel-Heritage Dining Rooms

My first dining table was Drexel-Heritage. I purchased that table in 1977, and it is still in beautiful condition. Today, Drexel-Heritage Furniture maintains the same standards that were used to make my table and 8 upholstered, cane backed chairs.

This picture features the Palm Court Collection. It is the epitome of Island Style, which so many South Floridians love. But, right now, if I were to retire my dining room, I am much more partial to the Tuscan Villa Collection which I will feature on my next blog. It has such beautiful lines that combine old world elegance with modern lines.
